Vittorio Grassi is founder and principal of Vittorio Grassi Architetto & Partners.

The firm, born in 2005, is composed of professionals of different nationalities operating mainly in the Milan and Paris offices. They design and develop a variety of projects ranging from large to small scale, from urban planning to the design of public buildings, tourism and residential complexes, corporate and commercial premises.

 

The studio is currently working on  the realization of the Lamezia Terme Sports Hall (3,500 – seats) and on the detailed design phase of the Military Citadel of Cecchignola in Rome, an investment of 120 million Euros for a new neighbourhood with 720 new apartments, retail, services and a public park dedicated to soldiers and their families. These appointments follow international competitions awarded in 2010 and 2011.

 

Other current projects include two prestigious international competitions won in 2013: the planning and redevelopment project of ZIM  - Former industrial site Maslennikov in Samara  (Russia), that designs a new neighborhood for 13,000 inhabitants, and the project for the renovation and expansion of the Velodrome Maspes – Vigorelli in Milan, historical place in international cycling, distinguishing between more than a hundred competitors.

 

Before the end of the year the office will inaugurate the renovation project of the historic flagship branch of BNL Bank and the new prestigious museum of Galleria Sabauda in the new wing of the Royal Palace, both in Turin, Italy.
